The main dining restaurant offers fixed-time seating for dinner at two set times, and offers traditional cuisine and international specialities. All ships offer a casual alternative to the formal restaurants allowing you to enjoy a more relaxed buffet-style meal and room service is available in cabin at selected times. Complimentary tea and coffee making facilities are available from self-service machines throughout the ships.
The entertainment onboard a Cruise and Maritime ship ranges from swimming pools and deck games, to live performances, guest speakers or sunbathing, meaning there really is something to suit everyone. All of the ships offer a variety of options for during the day, a work-out in the gym; a make-over in the beauty salon; a swim in the pool; a good book from the library, or you could learn a new skill from one of the arts and crafts specialists onboard. In the evening, the bars and lounges feature ‘big show’ productions, guest acts, cabarets and classical interludes, there’s something for everyone on board.
Cruise & Maritime Voyages sail to a variety of ports across the globe, including destinations in Northern Europe, the Mediterranean, the Norwegian Fjords, Iceland and the Faroes and further afield with a Grand Voyage. The ships depart from several UK ports including Belfast, Bristol, Cardiff, Dublin, Liverpool, Newcastle, Greenock and Hull to name a few. They also offer a selection of Grand Voyages that sail to the West Indies, Amazon, Caribbean and Canada in the fall. Magellan will be sailing a World Cruise in 2017, ranging from 40 nights to 120 nights and visiting a combination of South America, Caribbean, Australia, Asia and the Mediterranean.

Cruise & Maritime Voyages ships Magellan, Marco Polo and Astoria (formerly Azores) operate as ‘child free’ ships for the enjoyment of adult passengers, This means that even during school holiday times you can enjoy the pleasures of cruising in the company of adult passengers only.
